DELAWARE, OH—Ramapo junior Alexis Appezzato claimed the national title in the javelin on the final day of the NCAA Division III National Championships conducted at Ohio Wesleyan University on May 22-24. Appezzato claimed the national crown on her final throw with a winning mark of 47.96 meters. Appezzato was one of 16 NJAC student-athletes to garner USTFCCCA All-Americans honors during the three-day national championship meet.
